Weekend Self Care

This week has been sort of a busy week for me I have been working and also starting on my new business journey after work and in between. However we all have had a few stresses this week going on with with politics, business and other things. During the week life can be a little chaotic at times so on the weekends I like to go into hiding, shut everything out and just meditate on things that happened on the past week. I tune out the world with my music, coffee or tea and good snack food.

This morning I am listening to the smooth sounds of Allen Stone, Lalah Hathaway and Damien Escobar along with mullein tea and my favorite mango slices.

Just sitting here listening to my playlist this morning is so calming. With the little stresses of life I always remain thankful for my many blessings and never take them for granted.

Give yourself permission to check out from all the things that could possibly stress and worry you. Allow yourself the time to reconnect with yourself, your heart and your spirit.
